I’ve been living in NYC since 2007. In Nov. 2014 I bought a Round The World (RTW) ticket bouncing around the globe for 6 months. The goal was to visit 30 countries before I turn 30, and I am happy to say I succeeded in reaching my goal. I ended up visiting 18 countries over the span of those 6 months, and it was easily the best decision I’ve made in my life.
I have been working in digital marketing (Product/Project management) for the past 10 years, and took a little break to satiate my wanderlust.
I have an unhealthy obsession with airline/CC points and travel hacking in general. At the moment I have over 2 million points that I have ready to use at any time, and probably 20+ credit cards.
Points have allowed me to visit places I never could have dreamed of, sometimes in business and first class! I’d never spend my hard earned cash on a business or first class ticket, but thanks to points I’ve been on 10+ business/first class flights all over the world, all with very little cash in taxes and fees.
I love to be near the ocean, and I’m an avid golfer playing to a 12 handicap. In 2015 I had my first hole in one, after 23 years of playing the game.
